Is online physiotherapy effective?
Online physiotherapy has been proven to give the same outcomes as in person physiotherapy for reducing pain from injuries and surgery. It’s just more accessible and easier to comply with! While manual therapy isn’t part of virtual sessions, research shows it’s not the key driver of long-term results. What really works? Expert guidance, step by step plans, and consistency.
